Yes thanks got it working. I guess I'll have to get myself a static IP
address for the router using no-ip or something.

is there an IP address showing up?
of so.. copy that one into your ALLOWED REQUESTS section of the SAM config

Hi,

I need some advice about requests. Although the Port Check tool can see the
correct port, when I click request (using the setup that comes Standard with
SAM) I get an error message that the request failed: "Station might be
offline, or connection is being blocked. (Err#: 803)"

I'm guessing that I need to put the correct IP into the "Only accept
requests from these IP addresses" but I can't figure out what that should
be. I've tried my domain name, www.whistleradio.com my router address (both
WAN and LAN) and a couple of other things.

Any help would be most appreciated.
