ECS users have been informed, and a notice sent to ecs-user about the list
closing shortly. We will evaluate traffic over the coming month or two and
close the ecs-user when appropriate.
The ecs-dev list has been closed already as part of the Jakarta dev lists merge
couple of months ago.
