Currently the footer for attic.apache.org says: "Apache and the Apache feather logo are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation."
I'd like to propose changing it to: "Apache, 'The Apache Attic' and the Apache feather logo are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation. We encourage you however to setup your own Attics and wish to make it clear we have no intent of claiming the 'Attic' name by itself as a trademark. " What would be a better way of doing that?
