I just re-read the process and it seems clear that subprojects are officially supported, for some reason my recollection was that this was only done in winding down Jakarta. So I guess that question becomes, is there any reason to request this as a first choice, or continue to leave it up to the projects to decide if they want to archive it within the project? - Brett
