I don't think there is anything to do here.
"Apache Axis" is not moving to the Attic. An earlier version of the product is
being deprecated and then marked as end-of-life. Struts 1 isn't in the Attic,
Tomcat 4 isn't in the Attic etc.
I think users will be very confused by an announcement that 'Apache Axis 1' has
moved to the Attic.
My intent is to mark this as no-plan-to-fix. You should deprecate/end-of-life.
As a part of this, there might be some resources (mailing lists, builds) that
you can turn off, which can be done via an email to Infra.
