I was confused, since it seems that in the past, certain sub-projects
have in fact been moved to the attic (e.g.,
http://attic.apache.org/projects/ojb.html,
which I believe was once part of Apache DB).
I'll handle the retiring of Apache DDLUtils within the DB PMC,
however, since that is the recommended approach.
