Hello Dear Friends, I am Oguzhan from Marmara University, Istanbul, and an old-age student trying to finish a PhD in a different science I have started. Working also as an IT advisor, I have an intent on going over industrial engineering and optimization works in a youth fever :)
What I am curious about is whether I can use the retired old Jira records of retired Apache Mesos or similar retired projects in one of my optimization articles. I have seen that a previous project and academic study named TAWOS aggregated many data, but I do not want to go forward before I have asked you. Is there any problem in using data in optimization studies and article publishing? It is hard to find any data these days :) Oguzhan Ceylan Marmara Uni., PhD.
