I've used Composer quite a bit.  It has quirks about tables and fonts,
but it's not bad overall.  I've also been trying out Bluefish lately. 
It's got a code interface with buttons to insert code blocks, and
plugins for weblint for tweaking and Netscape for previewing.  It also
has buttons for everything from Flash to Javascript to CSS inserts.  Not
a bad deal if you're comfortable working on an all-code screen.
