This is what I do:

o maintain library; library pages
o find topics/speakers
o maintain website
o infrequently perform mailing list administrative tasks

That's about it really. I spend three or four hours a month basically
with BRLUG tasks, not counting the meetings. It's not a hard job, and
can actually be fun.
