So...you think it's better to use a hardware router as opposed to an older pc running something like coyotelinux, freesco, picobsd, smoothwall...etc? Also, practicallynetworked.com has a lot of info on hardware routers...so much so that I'm confused about which one to get. Hehehe. I'm kind of leaning towards a hardware one as I don't want to have to constantly be a system adm. for the home network. You know, with updates and patches and all. It seems like it would be easier to get a mail notifying of a firmware upgrade every few months. Let me know what you think. I'd like to get a lot of input on this. Thanks. Jeff
