You mean a bulletin board that offers access to brluglist? I'm not 
opposed to the idea, but I don't see it being implemented anytime soon. 
You should look into your mail client's filtering capabilities so that 
brluglist mail goes into a folder that you can inspect at your convenience.
Oh, and don't forget that an archive of brluglist is updated nightly and 
available on http://www.brlug.net.
