You realize, of course, that you won't be able to live it down if you
don't bring this machine to the next meeting, right?  I'm starting to
perceive this as a challenge to the sensibilities of RedHat.  I've never
seen or heard of this kind of trouble in installing a modern distro.  We
used to have stuff like that in Slackware 95 and stuff like that, but
this is new and improved (with cleansing action!).  
Bring that thing to the meeting.  I'm curious.
