I personally love partition magic by power quest. Well worth the money (I say that about very, very few programs) because you can resize, move, etc. windows and linux partitions. Not to mention others....
When I am cruched for time, I can use partition magic to create all of my partitions, then install the OSs to the partitions that are already created.
