The utilities in RH 7.2 manipulate ipchains, and not iptables. The 
utility you used in the install is available in the running system under 
the command lokkit. You can use that to choose to not have any firewall 
rules. The rules are also applied via the ipchains (and iptables, if you 
created them) rc scripts, so you can stop the service by running 
'service ipchains stop'
