I use Quanta+ myself.  It's a native linux app, works well with kde and 
gnome, but plays alot nicer with kde.  I've never used frontpage, nor 
designed a commercial web site, but if you're looking for a free 
alternative that runs on linux, you might want to check out quanta+.
