The Webmin server is just that a server.  You access it through any 
webbrowser on your network (or WAN if you wish, not necessarily the one on 
the samba box, hince no need for a GUI).

I didn't like SWAT because it really strips down the smb.conf and does other 
voodoo ish things.  I would recommend that if this is a home based box, get a 
SAMBA book and do it by hand.  Or you can install Webmin and look at the 
changes it makes.  In any case (as with my e-smith), I have learned the 
lessons of learning to configure files by hand.
