There is a problem when you try to boot windows from lilo and it is not
the "first" device.  I am not sure if that is what you are dealing with
here, but I remember when I had windows on /dev/hdc and linux on
/dev/hda.  I had to do something like hda=0x??, hdc=0x?? for the windows
section of the lilo.conf file.
