This is an interesting statement. Why couldn't you say that you are 
connecting the Internet to your computer? Isn't the Internet just a 
collection of other computers? Since communication is bidirectional, isn't 
it just as correct to say that you are connecting the Internet to your 
computer as saying that your are connecting your computer to the Internet? 
Where is our resident semantic guru?
