John, Nice thing I like about having them build the system is that they have a one year warranty on new parts and lifetime warranty on labor. Have bought several computers from them for self and for relatives, as well as a bunch for the place I work. The very few times I have had to use them for warranty work they have been fast and efficient. One time when a hard disk crashed at work, they were able to save the data to the replacement HD.
