Well, it's one of those sleepless nights, so I decided to compile the newest version of xine and fire it up.
Here's the crazy part, I can play .avi's, .mpeg's, and even .wmv's (that surprised the crap outta me). Here's the even crazier part, sound is choppy when playing all formats except for .wmv I was wondering if anyone has had experience using xine and could pass on some tricks to getting sound working just right in it. As an added note, I'd like to say I was surprised with the most recent version of the xine-ui. It looks alot nicer than the one I had been using.
