Me and Doug Riddle are heading that project. I've been
swamped with work since our last meeting at Perks, and
so I am to be blamed for dropping the ball.

However, I have also been having second thoughts about
the project. Basically, is it the best use of our
time? What exactly are we trying to accomplish? After
discussing the project with a few people and a
librarian (my wife), I am getting the notion that it
is a lot more work to generate nation wide public
"acceptance" of the project's goals.

I am not saying that I want to drop the project. I
just want to make sure that the goals are solid and
acheivable. What do you think?
