Might be a good idea to mention the Linux SIG meeting
tomorrow in this conference. It's at the Cajun Clickers
HQ, at 6:00 p.m. according to the schedule on the Web.

We might also consider helping refurb older computers
for people who don't qualify for public assistance but who
would really benefit from one, but haven't the money to
buy one. I know of a bright little girl who has been using
her mother's MAC, but is having increasing problems with
school work that calls for a PC. For such as these, a
very basic system would do fine for word processing and
Internet.
