Sounds good. This is what I think we need (just off the top of my head) for now:
1. One person to sign up for sponsoring each library. 2. Each volunteer ensures they have at least 3 copies of RH and Knoppix and donate to library. 3. Database of each volunteer and sponsored library. 4. Database should be updated once a month by volunteer saying that they have ensured library has all the copies they need. 5. Somebody needs to figure out how we are going to include instructions for each CD we donate. There has to be something that a total newbie can understand. 6. What else? I agree we still need a system to validate CDs, but I think that can wait. Certainly, it's important, but how many people are actually going to even use it? I think if we get trapped into too many details nothing is going to happen. :) We are almost there. Let's get a volunteer for each library.
