The lack of movement of the project sends me the message that we are on the
wrong track. Rather than waiting to have the grand scheme in place and
working, I'd like to see us initiate a small, local roll-out. We can learn
as we go along. I think the minimal database I proposed earlier is enough
to get us working. We can then sit back and decide how we want version 2.0
of this project to work.

I think having the CDs "verifiable" and us "fully operational before
setting out" is a good goal. However, if we wait until everything is
perfect, well, you know the saying.

Let's just take some baby steps first. ;)

Regards, Dustin
