No. Each distribution has a license for their product, whether the product 
is free or not. Now, some distributions may use the GPL. If so, then that's 
what we would use. But I'm just saying we need a license on record for each 
distribution, and we need to make sure each license is matched with each 
version of each product. Sounds a lot more of a pain that it will be. 
Anyway, we need to have a record for each distribution, and the libraries 
would probably like to have a copy available to them as well.
