:-) Don't worry, I have a 2000 partition on my laptop too... Just because I have to be able to reconcile my purchase card once a month at Caltech and the software only runs on winblows.... I will never step over to the dark side and run XP though. XP is by far the worst I have seen due to the EULA and the fact that if you upgrade your computer it will not boot again. I have actually seen this happen and it cost the guy many, many greenbacks. Hourly charges for reinstalling all of his software. Backup tapes became useless at that point except for the "data." Since there is a key or checksum or something somewhere that XP stores when it takes a snapshot of the hardware, when the key does not work, XP does not boot. Change too many components, the key won't work. A friend actually had this happen before just by changing a network card.... He had to reinstall everything.
