John, 
Does Eatel resell DSL or Cable service?
I would love to set up a sendmail and apache webserver.  Not for
anything big, mostly just to learn with.  Currently I am with Cox Cable
and have been quite pleased with the service I get but I know that they
don't want us running servers.
I also heard that Eatel can supply you with your local telephone service
at extremely good rates....although I have not yet called them to check
it out myself.
