Well, now you have certainly taken all of the fun out of it! I was looking forward to a flame war tonight! At any rate, I wish that we did not live in such a two party system. I always feel like I am voting for the lesser of two evils when I go to the polls. It really sucks since I am a libertarian and I can never expect someone from my party to win. And by the way, I think that the libertarians would be the best party for the technology sector (among other things). I have several reasons for this (this fits your "unless" clause) and I would be interested to hear what others on the list think. Has anyone thought about any other party (besides the main two) and what they would mean to technology? Also what is the general opinion toward the donkeys and the elephants and what they mean for technology?
