Terry, I am a TOTAL Linux newbie, but I just did a search on installed applications and found both MySQL Database and MySQL Tools were installed in the complete install that I did on this machine. PHP was not found as installed but I did a search for the term PHP from within Xandros Networks (thats the apt-get GUI) and got 97 hits with PHP in it so I am pretty sure it is available. This search was only from the Xandros server and the Debian stable tree. If you give me a specific file name for PHP, I will be glad to do a more definitive search. Lots of development tools are available as well. In fact, all software within the debian tree (stable, testing and unstable) is available through Xandros Networks and Xandros Update, you just have to add them to the application source file. However, installing outside of stable has been known to break some of the really nice features of Xandros for newbies like me, specifically Xandros File Manager and Xandros Networks. You can also use apt-get as well if you are a console expert, which I am not, YET!!.....:)
