Possibly the new (not so new any more) Dreamweaver MX could work.
For Linux, I would try using the Mac edition of it. Reason being is that OS X 
and beyond uses a BSD Unix base. 
Otherwise try contacting Macromedia to see if they plan on designing a Linux 
port of Dreamweaver in the future. If anything they may have betas that you 
could run and use. They shop is not much on open source it's all pretty much 
closed.
