Starting from the top is probably not a bad idea.  What exactly do
you mean by "two dhcp servers on the same network"?  I have cox serving
me dhcp on the external interface and I'm serving dhcp on one of my internal
interfaces if that's what you mean.  I might be able to help you there
as well if that's what you mean.
