SCO, aka Caldera released Linux under the GPL. Aside
from any other issues, that point alone sinks their
battleship. Having released a version of Linux, let
alone being a founding member of a cooperative Linux
movement the code is under the GPL now. A change in
management does not constitute a legal do-over.
Stollen lolly pop? No, just an attempted do-over by
someone hoping to look valuable enough to be bought
out. Shame they went for the sellout instead. Sell
your SCO stock.
