I used SCO OSR5 and I didn't have any real problems with it. It has a somewhat decent delegation system and the performance is good. Some things were a little odd if I remember right. The debate is whether IBM misused their UNIX license and ultimately damaged SCO's ability to leverage their UNIX IP.
