That sounds good, but it will have to be outside Cox's network and take mail on some port other than 25 or have ssh access. It would get around the problem of any kind of blacklist Cox might make. I'd offer hillnotes.org, but AOL and others block mail from everyone served by my provider as a "spammer". I suspect that all smaller ISPs will get that label soon.
