I'll write a review of Oreilly's Safari. I've been a subscriber for almost a year now. I actually wrote a review for the CCCC newsletter about 8 months ago.
Safari is an on-line book subscription service from Oreilly Publishing. They basically put out a number of books in HTML or PDF and let you subscribe to X number of books per month. It is very useful for techie types as you can get to needed reference books from any web browser. Of course, you can also search for keywords, print out pages, etc. Heck, I've already got a review draft going!
