Ed,

Makes sense.

Ok, we need to decide on a date and time to show the movie before Ed can
request a room from his company.

I'm partial to an evening after work, preferably Monday through Thursday,
let's say about 6:30pm. Whaddya say people?

John,

I suspect that any of the facilities would be available anytime after
normal business hours (5 PM) pretty much any evening. Seldom are any of
the conference rooms or the training center used after hours and
whatever night is good for the group will work for me. However, before
approaching management regarding using the facilities, I wanted to have
a date in hand.

Ed,

No date and time yet. What dates/times is the location you mentioned
available?

For everyone else, what is a good day of the week to show the movie?

Have we picked a date and time yet? If so, I guess I missed it somewhere
along the way.

That wraps that up then. Ed, please go ahead and see if you can get the
room. I doubt we will have more than 30 people.
