We have a number large conference rooms at Ford, Bacon & Davis with seating capacity of up to probably 30 people and a training center at our Coursey Boulevard office that can probably seat 60 to 80 people, all of which have a multitude of equipment in them including computer, computer projector, surround sound, VHF tape player, etc. I feel fairly certain that having such a gathering there would not be a problem, security is very good, parking is not a problem and both of our buildings are pretty easy to find. If we can get a pretty good head count and a date and time, and this is of interest to the group, let me know and I will look into getting it set up. I am not 100% sure that the computers have DVD capability as the issue as never come up before, but we can certainly connect one to the projector if needed. Let me know what your thoughts are.
