Steal a laptop? Have you been downtown lately? The
few people wandering around that would steal it,
wouldn't recognize it. Well, except for the EBRATS,
and their charter school is toast anyway.

Laptop = place you rest the cardboard while loading
your crackpipe.

WiFi = Some dang fool can't spull HiFi.

Internet = Something you wear under your weave.

Hot Spot = The good club.

Docking Station = The boats!

WAP = The sound it makes when you smack Charlie for
being a fool drunk.

User = Dang fool druggie.

Streaming Content = Don't you talk that way when the
women folk are around!

LAN Access = What you get after closing hours and you
know where the unlocked door is... Access to a little
warm dry LAN for sleeping.

Sad, but true. The disenfranchised downtown aren't
about hi-tech stealing, they are about access to the
homeless shelter, soup kitchen, and handouts from the
boat goers. Most of the thieves downtown are in
orange uniforms with a guard. The rest are at the
capitol.

Uptown, now that is a different story.
