After spending 32 years in Baton Rouge, then moving to Jackson, MS, I
realize that we really had it easy there.=20

There are 100 bums in Jackson for every bum I ever saw in downtown BR.  =
This
place is incredible.  When I moved here, I thought that maybe there was =
a
bum spa here or something.. I think what's really going in is that the
Jackson police don't clean the place out.
