Read the fine print baby, it was all in the contract.
Someone can hardly complain if they knowingly violate
the terms they signed on for in an open market. This
is not the same at all as the complaints about the
shrink-warpped EULA's. These guys shopped around,
bought services from people they were already hostile
with, and then violated the contract. Gee, why didn't
they just slap the guy's mom too. This is sort of a
special case, read the articles. Sort of a hatfeild
calls the fbi on th macoy's situation. Fun reading
though, when are the brock's going to tear down
Toledo? I'd pay money to watch that scrap!
