First let me appologize for venting. Inexcusable. My
sincere appologies.

Not knowing the document belonged to M$ was an honest
mistake, given that I couldn't open said document.
Hence the complaint I received about the
documentation.

Americans are oft accused of being on "Crusades."
Odd, since they were a century before our time.
Wishful thinking perhaps. My email, while it may have
been out of line, fell pretty short of a rant. Come
on, you must agree. Since I coulnd't open, read,
manipulate, or otherwise examine the document, it
being in M$ Word format, sort of makes it tough for me
to "Get A Clue."

Got one. Came through loud and clear. I was out of
line, and my note had an argumentative tone. Given I
use your software free of charge, who the devil am I
to complain? However, I do donate to Open Source
every year. Last year was GNOME's turn. The year
before was Debian. Come to think of it, I never did
get the darn coffee cup from Gnome.org. What the
heck, I use IceWM now anyway.

I also got the push-off message pretty clear. I do
recommend your software on a regular basis, and I am
not without influence in a few organizations. I will
continue to recommend your software. It does a great
job.

BTW, cute picture of you and your dog. Anyone loved
by a dog cannot be bad. I'll chalk this up to two
people having a bad day, and a misunderstanding Amigo.

Keep up the good work, and don't sweat the small
stuff. Oh, and it is all small stuff. Vya Con Dios.

Sorry we had the misuderstanding.

Doug
