I am sure most of you would have read the following article. For those who didn't check it out. what is interesting is the last part of the article where Joe Barr (any idea who he is?) filed a complaint with SEC ( http://www.sec.gov/complaint/cf942sec9570.htm ). I am not sure how far will SEC take these complaints but i am sure by now they servers would have been overloaded!(/. effect!). Karthik
