Yeah, I saw that after I did the CF research. Too bad CF is so expensive. It looked so nice and clean. $130? It's got to be cheaper to do a little research and build one yourself.
-RIP- Opens and old unused pcmcia rs422/484S card a board marked with at Texas Logo and QATech INC SSP 290, listed for $130 in a QAtech price book. Keithly charged me more when I bought it. It contains 10 major components xlinix xc3030A - field programmable gate array, might be discontinued, available in Russia for less than $20/(unknown quantity). ATMEL AT28c16 - 16k (8x2) eeprom. TI/Toshiba TA550C - 422/485 UART HT245 HC104 726 485 optoisolators? crystal marked 18.432 The connector are neat the way the spacing just works to fit the pcb between the posts for a very clean surface mount. Bleh, that's enough looking for today. Between that and last monday's skim of the ORiely embedded programing manual, I'm ready for a beer. Carefully reassembles card. Oh, very nice case design, it snapped right back together. Too bad it did not work well when I bought it. On 2003.08.01 14:03 John Hebert wrote: > Didja see my earlier post?
