Do you SSH tunnel your HTTP packets on your regular wired connection? WEP was never designed to be the secure end-to-end encryption that everyone wishes it would be. It is too bad that it isn't... WEP doesn't stand for "Wireless Encryption Protocol". It stands for "Wired Equivalent Privacy", and just means to expect as much protection out of WEP than you would out of using a wired connection. Personally, i trust my neighbors a WHOLE lot more than i trust the techs at my ISP to not watch all my traffic. And when you think about it like that, WEP is a little more secure than the wire, IMO. But use SSL/SSH/IPSEC whenever you can! ray =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ray DeJean http://www.r-a-y.org Systems Engineer Southeastern Louisiana University IBM Certified Specialist AIX Administration, AIX Support =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
