These things are done all the time. Doug can just use VBA to create a quick 
selection box and then add the selected values to the field in the 
disclosures table. I think he is trying to do everything via the wizards 
and point and click interface, and that isn't going to cut it for this kind 
of problem.

As the resident VB guru you should know this. :)
