They don't need to sue any one. They've already created enough FUD that
could set Linux adoption back a couple of years.

Hopefully the news that SCO is/was full of crap will be just as big as the
news that SCO owned copyrighted code.
If this message doesn't get blasted to every media outlet in the world
then SCO will have accomplished just what Microsoft wanted them to.
