In Houston, there's a restaurant called Todai. It's basically a HUGE
Vegas-style buffet with one side cooked Japanese food, the other side
various types of sushi. At the end of the Sushi line, there's also a
section where you can ask the chefs for special items. I don't remember
the exact prices, but it ranged from about $15 for lunch during the week
to $25 on the weekends. It's located in the mall just after the second
intersection of I-10 and 610 next to Jillians and the movie theater.
