Brad, I misread your question. You want to read an ext3 partiton from a 
disk on the local computer, with-in a windows environment? I think 
answer is close to yes. Check sourceforge. I read about a project that 
allows this connection a while back, but have not followed up on the 
outcome of the project. I don't have time this morning to search for it 
today. Sorry.
