I have been running smoothwall here on a pentium1 for about 8 months now. I love it. Never had anything go wrong, the setup is fairly straightforward as well. Granted some patches require you to reboot (think kernel vuln.), but most just require you to restart said services. I have an uptime right now of almost 7 days. Unfortunately DEMCO loses power here all the time and my backup battery is only good for about an hour or so. I have two pcs and a laptop running behind it. I would suggest it for anyone who needs a quick firewalling utility. If you rather not use the web interface on it you can always ssh in and do it through the console.
