Hey Cleve, I am one of the few DeDebiansers on the list. A few quick questions: What distribution/release are you using? Do you have a deb for the install? What level rights does it need to operate? It is a network monitoring tool, I know, but that is about all I know about it. If you do not have a deb, I would create one with Alien. You could use the tarball, or gzgzbut making a deb with Alien and using apt-get is the way to go. Installing it that way gives you the option of using it with any user, which can come in real handy. If your flflowscanser gets hosed, why reinstall all the software. I use LiLibranetwhich is a commercial blend of Sid and stable. It has a few nice widgets that help with installs such as the yours. Write me any time. If I don't know the answer, I know someone that does. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Search - Find what youre looking for faster http://search.yahoo.com
